It offers reasonable prices. The hotel was very clean. Cooper & cecile, located within 5 minutes' walk, is a good dining option.
-
Very clean and comfortable place, friendly staff. Oost district deserves to be explored. Amazing base for 1 night.

Was written on the reservation that we could only make the check in after 14:00, but we arrived at 10:00 and we get the key of the room in 5 min, so we didn't have to wait till 14:00. This was one of the best things for us. The breakfast was very good as well.
Too far from a metro station (10-15 min walking) and after midnight we didn't have bus or metro, so we had to take a taxi.

It was well located for my purposes and reasonably priced. Staff were friendly and helpful.
The beds were horrible - very narrow and not well suited to taller/larger people. Access on foot was difficult - I was working locally so walked to and from my place of business but negotiating the traffic was difficult.

Close to the RAI.
I booked one night with Booked.net and 3 more nights were booked by my company. I specifically asked for a quiet non-smoking room both in the reservation and when I arrived. The first room was a smoking room, the closest to the elevator (so not really quiet) and the second was at the side of the trains. Finally I accepted the 3rd room. During my whole stay the water in the shower was going from cold to hot and vice versa. Despite asking for a solution every day, nothing was done. I am even not sure anybody came to my room to check. There was a problem with the pump. Five of of my colleagues were facing the same problem. One of them complained. Internet also gave a bad connection during all four days (both on my computer and my I-Phone) and beside that very slow. Due to this I had to work longer when I came back to the hotel late at night, resulting in less sleep for me. During evening dinner I had to return the beef (part of an €18 meal) twice as it was not good and did not want a 3rd piece of meat anymore. The free dessert for €5 was too poor, but the remark of the (young) waiter saying "but you got 2 pieces of meat" was also very motivating. Also breakfast was very poor with dirty tables, orange juice that was finished, bread was not added in time, etc. Altogether most of us were not happy with neither the facilities nor the arrogance and lack of interest of some of the (male) staff were showing. We are now considering to go to another hotel when next exhibition takes place. Afterwards I sent a complaint to Bastion and a few days later I got a voucher for one room for 1 night including breakfast. In my opinion this is not in line with the 4 nights that Bastion offered a very bad service. Besides, not only me, but also most of my colleagues were unhappy with the facilities and service. However, I did not feel like further complaining.

Free parking, Free Wi-fi although the connection was slow and not really relyable.
Room could have been more clean and attention to detail was lacking even considering the category of the hotel.
-
free parking in undergroud basement
noice of trains and traffic
-
Great rooms and quietness.
Not much actually as i had to walk to My train station at a long distance with heavy suit case.
-
The fact being close to the RAI
-
i loved my view.. honest.. saw the sun go down and the trams put asleep every night .. if you smile, the staff are just great.
not too keen on their heating system ..but it works.
-
Staff is not helpful. Long wait to check in and out. A long walk to metro station (esp. with luggage). It costs 45 Euro to the airport by taxi. No bus nor tram nearby.
-
